AlphaDerma CE Ingredients
10% Argireline
AlphaDerma CE is formulated with 10% Acetyl Hexapeptide 3 (AH3), also known as Argireline®. Argireline® is the only ingredient in cosmetics today offering the same results as Botox® without needles or the risk of damage to the skin or facial muscles. Argireline blocks the nerve signals that control the contraction of facial muscles. This produces a significant reduction in both the depth and size of fine lines and wrinkles.
PentaPeptide (Leuphasyl)
PentaPeptide (Leuphasyl) is a new amino acid that contains five peptides. Leuphasyl works outside the pre-synaptic neuron and prior to Argireline or Snap-7. The body carries a slight electrical charge. When the repetitive movements occur, the electrical charge in that part of the body rises. Leuphasyl helps moderate the release of acetylcholine during the SNARE complex by lowering the skin’s electrical charge in the applied area, making it more difficult for neurons to fire. Since neurons move the muscles by delivering acetylcholine into the muscle cells, Leuphasyl’s ability to moderate the electrical charge being sent to the applied area is crucial in lessening and relaxing muscle contraction. Impairing muscle contraction is what makes the skin look younger and mitigates wrinkles and their formation.
HeptaPeptide (Snap-7)
HeptaPeptide (Snap-7) is a natural amino acid that contains seven amino peptides. Snap-7’s advanced peptide structure is more efficient at stopping vesicle formation and neurotransmitter release than any other amino peptide. Snap-7 is essentially the next level of amino peptide that works faster and reduces deeper wrinkles that the others could not. Snap-7 accomplishes this by binding to existing Snap-25 receptors to block the release of acetylcholine. This prevents neurons from effectively transmitting signals that instruct muscles to contract. When repetitive movements are impaired, the formation of fine lines and wrinkles is reduced or prevented.
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Alpha Lipoic Acid is an advanced antioxidant that helps fight free radicals- one of the major causes of skin aging. Some researchers claim it is an antioxidant 400 times more potent than Vitamin C & E. Beyond anti-free radical action, it repairs aged skin, contributing to a healthy looking, glowing complexion.
Vitamin C Ester
Vitamin C Ester (ascorbyl palmitate) boosts protective antioxidant action and helps repair past damage by aiding new collagen production.
AlphaDermaCE contains a scientifically advanced form of Vitamin C Ester, with solubility that allows absorption to occur easier than other forms of Vitamin C.
DMAE
Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE), often called “facelift in a jar” by some skin specialists, helps firm and tighten the skin. With regular use DMAE will give skin a more defined, youthful appearance.
Elastin
Elastin is the main ingredient in our skin that allows it to stretch without leaving marks. As we age, our bodies stop producing Elastin, therefore, making it more difficult for the skin to stretch and stretch back without producing a stretch mark.
AlphaDerma CE contains 100% rare, costly, freeze-dried powdered ELASTIN concentrate – which has almost 100% amino acid content. This makes our ELASTIN 10x more potent than any other standard ELASTIN products used in the U.S. or abroad.
Collagen
Collagen is an integral part of the support structure of the skin. The addition of our collagen to the formulation fills in unwanted fine lines and wrinkles. Our special delivery system allows the collagen to be absorbed into the lower levels of the epidermis - which is the "birth" layer of new cells. Our collagen is hydrolyzed collagen, which is a form of collagen that is broken into smaller molecules, allowing it to be more easily absorbed into the epidermis.
